Terms of use
These terms govern access to Sharan AI.
Access
Access is for authorized users of the subscribing organization. Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use the assistant for your organization's SAP and related work. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, or submit content you are not permitted to share.
Answers are informational
The assistant produces grounded answers with sources so you can verify them. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. Review the cited sources and apply your own judgment before acting on any answer, especially for production changes.
Improvement of the service
Conversations and the feedback you submit are captured and may be used to improve answer quality. See the Privacy page for what is stored and how.
Service provided as-is
The service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and these terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
