Full refund window
You can get a full refund if, within 7 days of payment, your account has made 10 or fewer requests and used 300,000 tokens or fewer. This lets you try the plan for real before deciding it works for you.
Processing fee
Refunds are returned less the payment processing fee — 2% in India or 3% international, plus GST on that fee — because the payment provider does not return this fee to us.
How to request a refund
Email asap-support@sharanai.com from the email address on the account. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Plans are 30-day passes that do not auto-renew. Cancelling means simply not renewing — there is nothing to switch off. Access continues for the rest of the period you already paid for.
EU and UK buyers
If you are buying from the EU or UK, this policy sits alongside your statutory withdrawal rights, which continue to apply.
Outside the refund window
After the 7-day window, or once usage is above the limits above, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
