All sales are final. Refunds are not supported for any Sharan AI plan.
Cancellation
Plans are 30-day passes that do not auto-renew. Cancelling means simply not renewing — there is nothing to switch off. Access continues for the rest of the period you already paid for.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment is disputed or charged back, it is handled under the rules of the relevant card network and payment provider.
Global purchases
For purchases made outside India, the Merchant of Record is the seller of record for the transaction.
